Shelley is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges. Shelley works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering tailored support through various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Couples/Family Counseling. She has a particular passion for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, family dynamics, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

Shelley’s approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, empowering her clients to embrace change and build resilience. Outside of her counseling practice, Shelley is a devoted rescue dog lover and enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Shelley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 2003 and sees clients in the Springfield office. She enjoys working with all ages and particularly enjoys helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and LGBTQ+ issues.
