Deanna is compassionate therapist who specializes in trauma-focused care. She blends therapies like CBT and EMDR with mindfulness and Yoga Nidra to support healing of both mind and body. Known for her heart-centered style, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can reclaim peace and resilience.

Deanna sees patients from age 14 to 100. Some of her favorite referrals are people dealing with Trauma and Complex Trauma, Bipolor, Anxiety, Depression and Substance Abuse.

Shane works with both children and adults. He is a fierce advocate and especially adept when working with victimization and trauma endured throughout the lifespan.
