Jason Curtis is a second-career therapist with a calm, steady presence shaped by 20 years as a firefighter and paramedic. He brings deep respect for those carrying stress, trauma, and responsibility—especially first responders, veterans, and families. A longtime husband and father, Jason has a strong passion for helping couples strengthen communication and trust. He works with individuals, couples, and families, offering practical, compassionate care rooted in experience, faith (when desired), and proven therapeutic approaches.

Jason sees patients from age 8 to 80. Some of his favorite referrals are couples and individuals seeking relief from depression, anxiety and grief.

Shane works with both children and adults. He is a fierce advocate and especially adept when working with victimization and trauma endured throughout the lifespan.

Albie Cowen

Albie loves the new perspectives that teens bring—he finds their openness and directness refreshing. Teens relate to his sincerity. He is a particular asset to families in which communication is difficult.

Albie sees adolescent clients between age 11 and late 20s. Some of his favorite treatment areas include Depression and Anxiety, Anger Problems, Suicidality, Family Issues, and Trauma.
